Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
  2. A flat ₹100 shipping & handling charge is applicable on all COD orders.
  3. COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Unboxing Video Mandatory
    • An unboxing video is compulsory for any damage, defect, or missing item claims.
    • The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited.
  2. Inform Within 24 Hours
    • Email us at auravifashions@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Attach photos or the unboxing video for verification.
  3. Approval Required
    • Returns or exchanges are accepted only after approval from our team.
  4. Reverse Pickup (Within India)
    • Free reverse pickup will be arranged if approved.
    • If pickup fails, you must courier the product back at your own cost.
  5. Return Timeline
    • The product must be shipped within 5 working days after approval.
  6. Product Condition
    • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Exchange & Store Credit

  1. Same Value Exchange Only
  • Exchanges are allowed only for products of the same value.
  1. Store Credit Option
  • If replacement is unavailable, a store credit coupon will be issued.
  • Validity: 1 year from the date of issue.
  1. No Refund Policy
  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Processing Time

  1. Store credit or replacement will be processed within 3 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
