We carefully pack every Auravi Fashions order and aim to dispatch it promptly and securely across serviceable locations in India.
Order Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days after order confirmation, subject to stock, payment verification, and serviceability.
• Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During launches, exhibitions, festive periods, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer.
Delivery Timelines
• Metro locations: approximately 4–5 working days from dispatch.
• Non-metro locations: approximately 7–8 working days from dispatch.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, available tracking details/AWB information will be shared through the contact details provided with the order. Customers should use the courier tracking updates for the latest movement of the shipment.
Delivery Verification
Where supported by the courier partner, delivery may require OTP or other recipient verification. Please ensure that the registered mobile number is reachable at the time of delivery.
Address & Delivery Attempts
• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code, landmark where helpful, and a reachable phone number.
• Additional shipping or re-dispatch charges arising from an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer non-acceptance may be payable by the customer where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipment
If a parcel is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an item missing, follow the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy and retain a complete, continuous unboxing video and clear photographs.
