SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – INDIA
Auravi Fashions ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We have partnered with reliable logistics providers to ensure your products are carefully handled and delivered promptly.
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders placed with Auravi Fashions are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details.
In case of any unforeseen delay in processing your order, we will notify you promptly with an updated dispatch timeline.
ORDER TRACKING
After dispatch, you will receive an email containing the tracking URL and AWB number. You can use this link to track your order in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
ORDER DELIVERY
Within India:
Our logistics partners typically deliver:
- Metro cities: within 2–3 working days
- Non-metro cities: within 5–7 working days from dispatch
In rare cases, operational or weather-related issues may cause delays. You can always track your shipment using the tracking details shared with you.
Important:
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery verification.
Failure to receive or verify the OTP may result in non-delivery, and if the package returns to our warehouse, re-shipping charges will apply to the customer.
