At Auravi Fashions, every temple jewellery piece is handcrafted with devotion and care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’ve made the process simple and transparent.

Return Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it in exchange for a store credit coupon equivalent to the product value.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Inform Us
   - Email support@auravifashions.com within 48 hours of delivery.
   - Include your order number, product name, and a clear image of the item.
   - Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

2. Send the Product Back
   - Ship the product within 5 days of return approval.
   - Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
   - Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
   - Please use a reliable, trackable courier service and share tracking details.

3. Receive Store Credit
   - Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a store credit coupon within 3 working days.
   - The coupon will equal the product value (after applicable deductions).

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Most orders are processed within 2 hours of placement.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued as:
  - A store credit coupon, or
  - A refund to your original payment mode (after 5% deduction for payment gateway charges).
- COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Refund Policy
Refund Mode
- Refunds are issued as a store credit coupon only.
- Coupons are valid for 1 year and can’t be combined with other offers.
- Each coupon can be used once.

Deductions
- ₹250 for non-acceptance of prepaid orders (covers shipping both ways).
- ₹125 if free shipping was used on the original order.
- A maximum of two refund cycles allowed for the same order lineage.
- No bank transfers or direct refunds for undelivered/returned orders.

Eligibility
- Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Returns not informed within 48 hours or not received within 5 days will not be accepted.
- Products that fail inspection (used, damaged, or without packaging) will not qualify for a refund.

Damaged Product Received
We take utmost care to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely. If your item arrives damaged:

1. Inform Us Within 48 Hours
   - Email support@auravifashions.com with photos or a video of unboxing.

2. Reverse Pickup (Within India)
   - If approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup.
   - If pickup fails, you’ll need to courier the item back at your cost.

3. Replacement or Store Credit
   - After inspection, we’ll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a store credit coupon for the product’s value (valid for 1 year).
   - No cash refunds are provided for damage or replacement cases.

Processing Time
Store credit coupons are issued within 3 working days from receiving your returned item or confirming cancellation.
