Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

·   To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

·   A cancellation request is not complete until Auravi Fashions confirms that the order has been cancelled.

·   If the order has already been packed, manifested, handed to the courier, or marked shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After Shipment

·   Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

·   COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please accept the shipment unless there is an eligible issue covered by the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

·   Refusing delivery is not treated as an approved cancellation.

Prepaid Order Cancellation

For an approved cancellation made before shipment, the applicable refund/reversal method and processing timeline will be communicated based on the payment method and transaction status. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Order Cancellation by Auravi Fashions

We may cancel an order if stock becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the address is unserviceable or incomplete, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable paid amount will be reversed/refunded through the appropriate payment route.
