Every Auravi Fashions order is packed with care to help protect the jewellery during storage and transit. Please inspect and store your jewellery carefully after delivery.
How We Pack Your Order
• Jewellery is individually protected using suitable inner pouches or protective packing.
• Orders are placed in protective outer packaging/corrugated boxes suitable for courier transit.
• Moisture-control material such as silica gel may be included where appropriate.
• Packaging may vary by product size, order quantity, availability of packing material, and courier requirements.
When Your Parcel Arrives
1. Check that the outer parcel is reasonably intact before opening.
2. Record one complete, continuous unboxing video from the sealed parcel through removal and inspection of all items.
3. Check the product, quantity, and visible condition immediately.
4. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, preserve all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with the required evidence.
Jewellery Care
• Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, hairspray, lotions, cosmetics, sweat, and household chemicals.
• After wearing, gently wipe the jewellery with a soft, dry cloth.
• Store each piece separately to reduce rubbing, tangling, scratches, and stone damage.
• Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place and use the supplied pouch/box where practical.
• Handle beads, pearls, stones, hooks, clasps, and delicate temple-jewellery elements gently.
Packaging & Return Claims
For eligible transit-damage, incorrect-item, or missing-item claims, the original packaging and continuous unboxing video help us verify the issue and coordinate the appropriate resolution under our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
