Online Account
As a registered user, you are required to log in to www.auravifashions.com using your registered email ID and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any order placed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been placed by you and will be processed accordingly.

Terms of Operations
Auravi Fashions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice. All confirmed and paid orders will either be fulfilled as per commitment or refunded in full in case of cancellation from our end. Auravi Fashions also reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at any time without assigning a reason. The company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of this website or its services.

Warranty and Liability
Auravi Fashions shall not be held liable for any damage or loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through our website or social media channels. We make every effort to ensure product quality; however, any delay or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation delays, or system failures) shall not constitute a breach of contract.

Damaged Products
Every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, damages occurring during transit are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace it with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability). Please email us at support@auravifashions.com with pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained. Our team will guide you through the replacement process upon receiving your request.

Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners will make up to three delivery attempts for your shipment. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to us. We can re-ship the order upon your request with an additional ₹250 re-shipping fee. All Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned will only be re-shipped after payment for the original order and the additional delivery charge is received online.
