1. Products & Representation

·   Product photographs are taken and presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur because of lighting, screen settings, photography, or the handcrafted nature of jewellery.

·   Minor variations in finish, stone placement, beads, pearls, or detailing that are inherent to imitation or handcrafted jewellery are not treated as defects.

·   Product availability is subject to stock at the time the order is processed.

2. Pricing, Offers & Availability

·   Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.

·   Discounts, coupon codes, promotional prices, and offers are valid only for the period and conditions stated with the offer.

·   Unless specifically stated, offers and store-credit coupons cannot be combined.

·   Auravi Fashions may correct genuine pricing, stock, or listing errors before dispatch and will contact the customer where an order is affected.

3. Orders & Acceptance

·   An order is treated as accepted after successful order placement and internal verification.

·   We may contact you to verify order details, delivery information, or COD confirmation before dispatch.

·   We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, the delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

4. Payments, Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Payments, COD, dispatch, delivery, cancellations, replacements, and store credit are governed by the corresponding Auravi Fashions website policies. Those policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Jewellery Care & Customer Responsibility

·   Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, sweat, and harsh chemicals.

·   Store pieces separately in a dry place after use. Damage caused by wear, mishandling, storage, or exposure after delivery is not treated as a manufacturing or transit defect.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

·   Website content, product photographs, brand elements, text, and creative material belonging to Auravi Fashions may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

·   Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when placing an order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be handled subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal rights.
