Lakshmi Green Bead Tiered Jhumkas
These are antique-look temple jhumkas with a tall, tiered silhouette. The stud is a sculpted Goddess Lakshmi panel in an antique gold tone, set with small ruby-red stones and a green stone at the crown. Below it hangs a tall jhumka built in three tiers of gold-tone loops and links — the first and last tiers finished with green beads and the middle tier with a ring of pearl beads — so the earring reads as stripes of green, gold and pearl.
What makes this pair special
- A sculpted Lakshmi stud. The deity is worked in deep relief with an antique tone, the look of heritage temple jewellery.
- Three tiers, one tall bell. Instead of a single dome, the jhumka stacks three rings of loops for a long, cylindrical shape.
- Green, pearl, green banding. The alternating rows of green beads and pearls give the jhumka rhythm and colour.
- Mostly gold-tone. With colour only in the beads and tiny stones, this pair has a classic, heritage feel.
Styling tips
- Varalakshmi Vratham, Diwali and festival poojas — the Lakshmi stud makes it a meaningful choice.
- Saree colours: red, maroon, mustard, magenta and cream silks contrast with the green beads; green silks make a tone-on-tone look.
- Pair with an antique Lakshmi necklace or green bead mala for a coordinated temple set.
- Half sarees and pattu pavadai — the tiered jhumka is a favourite for festival and function looks.
- Hair: a jasmine braid or bun keeps the full height of the jhumka visible.

The pearls are pearl beads, not cultured or natural pearls, and the green drops are decorative beads. This is a standard finish, not an anti-tarnish or specially coated piece.
Caring for it
- Put jewellery on last — after makeup, perfume and hairspray have fully dried — and take it off before bathing, exercise, swimming or sleeping.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear, and use a soft dry brush on the sculpted Lakshmi panel.
- Keep away from perfume, deodorant, creams, water, hot water, detergent, household chemicals and prolonged sweat. Do not wash or soak.
- Store flat in an airtight box so the loops and bead rows do not tangle.
Frequently asked questions
What are tiered jhumkas?
Tiered jhumkas stack several rings or bells one below the other, creating a taller, more cylindrical shape than a classic single dome. The Lakshmi Green Bead Tiered Jhumkas have three tiers banded with green beads and pearls.
What does antique gold tone mean?
Antique gold tone is a warm, slightly muted gold colour that resembles heritage temple jewellery, rather than a bright, shiny finish.
Which saree goes with green bead temple jhumkas?
Red, maroon, mustard, magenta and cream silks contrast beautifully with the green; green silks create a tone-on-tone look.
Are these suitable for Varalakshmi Vratham?
Yes. The Goddess Lakshmi stud makes them a traditional choice for Varalakshmi Vratham and Lakshmi pooja.
Can I wear these with a necklace?
Yes — an antique Lakshmi necklace or a green bead mala makes a coordinated temple look.
Are the stones, pearls and beads real gemstones?
No. The stones are decorative and not sold as rubies or emeralds; the pearls are pearl beads, not cultured or natural pearls. This is premium imitation jewellery.
Is this jewellery anti-tarnish?
No. This is a standard gold-tone finish, not an anti-tarnish or specially coated piece. Wiping it dry after each wear and keeping it away from perfume and sweat helps preserve the finish.
